This expedition is designed to visit lost, past due, Cmdrs no longer playing, or decommissioned DSSA carriers and confirm their existence and status.

The idea is not necessarily to visit each in turn, but to get volunteers to visit a few waypoints each, and report in on the status of the DSSA carriers that are in each of the waypoints. Some of the carriers will be missing, that's a positive result as well.

There will be four carrier states:

• Present, fully functional
• Present, in debt, all services suspended, docking still permitted.
• Present, decommissioning (X FC symbol in the system map).
• Not present, decommissioned.

Report back what you see, and if there's another carrier in system that has taken up residence.
