On the outer edge of the Festival Grounds lies the largest black hole in the region. At 151.6 solar mass, this is one of the ten largest known black holes in the galaxy. The lensing effect engulfs the light from nearly the entire galactic plane. As you circumnavigate the sphere, the nebulae from the Festival Grounds dance and spin around you. With such a view, this is undoubtedly one of the best places to view the pageantry of the Festival Grounds (source).
