Formed by a group of like-minded pilots that took exception to an over-reliance on the Federation in their home system, Mnesota Coalition of Independent Pilots United was established to provide a voice for self-reliant pilots within Federation space. MCIP United is focused on exploration data-cataloguing, but occasionally assists in Federation expansion efforts as required.
