The Federal Navy has requested commodities for the construction of new capital ships in Parutis.

President Zachary Hudson has convinced Congress to increase funding for the Federal Navy, and to advance the construction programme for Farragut-class Battle Cruisers. In a powerful address, he said:

"Defending the Federation is our highest priority in these uncertain times. It is vital that we reinforce our capability to protect the people from all threats."

The Federal Navy urgently requires additional resources to meet the new shipbuilding timetable. Deliveries of Building Fabricators, Microbial Furnaces and Energy Grid Assemblies are requested by Labour Of Parutis at Schweickart City in the Parutis system.

Should the initiative be successful, each tier will provide enough commodities to complete a new capital ship. Alongside this, Schweickart City will be improving stock and providing a two-week discount on a range of modules starting on the 4th of December.

Tier 1 is 5% off Laser weapons Tier 2 increase to 10% and adds Defensive modules such as ECMs Tier 3 increase to 15% and adds Shields, Armour and Hull reinforcement Tier 4 increase to 20% and adds Projectile weapons Tier 5 increase to 30% and adds Missiles and other explosives

If successful, decals will be rewarded to the top 75% of participants by the 5th of December 3306.

A request has been made by Artemis Corporation for shipments of Building Fabricators, Microbial Furnaces and Energy Grid Assemblies to Miyasaka Orbital in the Mandh system.

The Alliance plans to construct several new outposts in the Coalsack Nebula. From these, commercial and scientific operations will be conducted to locate fresh sources of meta-alloys and other potential sites of interest.

The initiative was prompted by the findings of a planetary survey team two hundred years ago, which were only discovered after an abandoned megaship arrived in the Chukchan system.

The Alliance Expeditionary Pact's initial plans are to build Betancourt Base starport in Musca Dark Region PJ-P B6-1 and three further outposts: Hannu Arena in Musca Dark Region IM-V C2-24, Cole Point in Coalsack Sector VU-0 B6-6 and Bering Port in Coalsack Sector KN-S B4-9.

Shipments of power generators, robotics, structural regulators and building fabricators are required, and can be delivered to the megaship Spirit of Nysa in the Musca Dark Region PJ-P b6-1 system. The more commodities that are supplied, the more outposts will be upgraded to starports and the greater the range of services they will offer. Should everything go to plan, they will be in place for the 26th of November 3306.

If successful, Sirius Atmospherics in conjunction with the Sirius Corporation is offering the top 25% of pilots a fully engineered long range fast boost, size 5 FSD which will be placed in storage in the Spirit of Nysa by the 21st of November 3306.

The Empire's counter-terrorism operation in the LTT 1935 system has triggered armed resistance from the Federation.

The Imperial Internal Security Service's investigation into the NMLA terrorist group led its agents to LTT 1935, a Federation-controlled system in neutral space. Military vessels were called in for support, only to be met in combat by Federal forces.

A declaration was made by Colonel Ernest Harris of the LTT 1935 Confederacy:

"The Empire cannot dominate and arrest our citizens as it did with the Marlinists. We claim the right to defend the Federation's territory from such aggressive tactics."

Captain Axel Cyprian of the L.Y.S Corp responded:

"The IISS has confirmed that the Neo-Marlinists have secret bomb-making factories concealed within LTT 1935. To prevent future atrocities, it is vital that we take control of this system and shut down the NMLA's source of weapons."

The LTT 1935 Confederacy has requested help from independent pilots to defend LTT 1935 from occupation by the Empire. With the agreement of Congress, the top 75% of participating Commanders will be raised one military rank, the top 25% will be raised two military ranks and, should victory be secured, the top 10 Commanders will be elevated to the highest military rank by the 14th of November 3306.

The two factions have set out week-long campaigns, which will begin on the 5th of November 3306.
