My name is Ishmael Palin. I'm a scientist and engineer researching the mysterious ships.

I have made a significant breakthrough, but I am in need of certain data to confirm my latest hypothesis. If what I suspect is true, it could be of importance to the entire galaxy.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave my research base due to a Federal blockade, so I am appealing to the galactic community to gather Unknown Ship Signatures and Unknown Wake Scans by scanning the unknown ships and their wakes. Thanks to the support of the Merope Expeditionary Fleet, I am able to offer financial rewards to those who deliver this data to Orcus Crag in the Pleiades Sector OI-T C3-7 system.

It won't be long before the Federation realises what I'm up to, so I can only keep this operation running until 12 noon on 13th June 3303. As soon as my experiment is complete, I will share the results with the galactic community.

Recent reports from Jotunheim indicate that the Autocracy of Jotunheim, an Imperial-aligned organisation, has entered the system with a remit to bring it under Imperial control. Regional authorities have opposed the incursion, and have authorised the Revolutionary Jotunheim Resistance to drive the Autocracy of Jotunheim from the system. The Revolutionary Jotunheim Resistance has also issued a call to independent combat pilots for support, promising to reward those who lend their aid. The Autocracy of Jotunheim has issued a similar plea. The campaign begins on the 1st of June 3303 and will run for one week. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately. To be eligible for rewards you must sign up as an active participant before handing in Combat Bonds at Big Harry's Monkey Hangout in the Jotunheim system. Please note that if you have any crew members, a portion of your combat bonds will be automatically assigned to them. These bonds will not count towards your personal contribution total, and your crew will receive the reward for their bonds when they are handed in. The proportion of combat bonds assigned to your crew will depend on their rank. Anticipating the furore her decision would cause, Halsey released the following statement: “I know I will be criticised for intervening in this conflict. The sixth Colonia migration appeal has now begun, giving the galaxy's minor factions an opportunity to establish a permanent presence in the Colonia Nebula.

To compete for a migration visa, pilots must sign up with Colonia Migration Services before delivering Galactic Travel Guides to Jaques Station in the Colonia system.

At the end of the appeal, the ten factions that have made the largest contribution will earn the right to settle in one of the specified systems. A new planetary outpost will be constructed in the system for each organisation's use.

Be aware that organisations settling in the Colonia Nebula will be considered independent entities, separate from their parent faction.

The Colonia Council have stated that after this month's appeal the Migration Initiative will be put on hold for a few months, allowing them to strengthen the infrastructure and review the process before colonising more worlds in the region.
