My first career was as an Information Specialist. I dealt with data and the organization of that data. I lived in that world of data for over 30 years. However, it was always someone else's data. I wanted to acquire some of that data myself.
I responded to an opportunity from the Pilots Federation for training. I now know enough to be dangerous (to myself). I have a few ships and enough reserves to operate them. I now plan to head out and acquire some of that data.
The plan is to take my Keelback, F. rupicolus, to a star system with Pristine Reserves and all manner of planetary rings. I will then sample the rocks to determine what is available in each of them. I will publish summaries of the data, and any conclusions as I may develop them. As long as I cover my expenses, I will be happy.
My goal is useful information.
