LeMat Partnership was native to Earth, in a country called France. Created by Honor� LeMat in 1980, they were a small business producing models of guns. By selling weapons originally, they were one of many firms who supported the terraforming and building of bases on Mars. After profitable trading in Sol, they moved to a surrounding star system, LHS 3262, where they developed their own government.
