At 620 Ly above the galactic plane, we are almost at the end of the line. Even if Nina's Frame Shift Drive has an above than average range for its class - about 51 Ly, max 52.2 - we are proceeding by inject materials to it. As our supply are limited, and having so few landable planets around, we have to carefully proceed, always accounting for turn back on our steps.

We mined some asteroid in a stunning ring belt, around a drown dwarf, but found no useful material.

We are needing to make some extra-long jumps to reach some interesting systems. Especially, we are heading toward a small cluster of three F stars, which are interestingly aligned...

We have found a very special region. Very far from already mapped systems... many water worlds, some earthg-like and lots of terraformable planets. And some ammonia world, too...

Geoff found that Nina's thrusters was running slightly hotter than expected during fuel scooping, so he advised for a proper maintenance routine. We did that, just to find that the problem was of our sensors, which report a somewhat higher temperature than measured. It can be easily explained as the sensors where modified targeting an extreme light weight. When we return to the civilization, I'll ask Juri to smooth it out, but by now, Geoff already tweaked the on-board computer to account for the slightly higher report. Solved!

Addendum: we are running at 23% temperature with all the systems running. 21% with just the essentials one. Not bad...

We noticed a slight overload in the thrusters, even after the last improvement at Farser Inc. During fuel scooping, it getting hotter than expected. I asked the Captain to schedule a maintenance check-up...
