A tiny colony in 3195, Miola expanded rapidly as part of the 'Freeborn' movement. In 3265, an outbreak of fever stemming from a rescued pilot in Harris hospital decimated the planetary population, turning the settlement into a ghost town. Only the space station is now occupied.
The home of the West Leeds Yacht Club. \"All for fun and fun for all\" has been the motto of this group since the pre-war days of Slab City on Earth. It started as a small group of yacht captains from Mars who were looking for a vacation home, but has now grown to a fully fledged tourism service.
