-----Commander's Log-----

I made it, I reached the target destination of 2,083.63ly, just in time for dinner with 2 hours ahead of estimated Schedule. My time of arrival was 1745 AEST, my First Discovery for this system is my very first Atmospheric High Metal Content World (Photos Bellow), that neighbours yet another but not as pretty, The system is home to several High metal COntent Worlds, but only two of them are Atmospheric, I will travel to one, but they're 25,000ls from the main Star, so it'll be a little while before I can explore them further, both Atmospheric worlds have been mapped, and I am eager to return the Data.

Time for a much needed break, here are the photos of my new pride.

-----Commander's Log-----

Lunch time, current time is 1535 AEST, I've covered significant distance today in under 3 and a half hours, I found myself a High Metal Content World with a Small Moon, I landed on the Mood to start prepping for a lunch break, along my way I found quite a wonderful phenomenon... Magma Fissures... or atleast that what I'm going to refer them to, I'll attach some photos to this log.

I've currently first discovered 99 stellar bodies, 3 Gas Giants, and 8 High Metal Content Worlds.

-----Commander's Log-----

I awake and enjoy my last gourmet meal provided by a local Inn at Messi's Coriolis Station... I forget the name, anyway, Ship is online and I'll be running system diagnostics and flight checks before I depart in 1 hours 39 minutes as of writing. I've re-routed my original flight plan and marked a system 1,990.50ly away from Messi heading up and inward.

The plan for today's trip should hopefully last 7 - 8 hours, possibly longer before I shut down for the night.

-----Commander's Log-----

Over the past few days I've been itching to head out into the big black once again after my first personal expedition that I completed on 19.05.3304 with an Asp Explorer JRS Jackson, KOR19A traveling about ~1,400Ly from Sol, my goal back then was to get my name out in the stars and leg it home, currently there are 45 Systems with my First Discoveries, and I since haven't been out again. However on 17.07.3305 I decided I needed to head out again and use my newfound funds from my works as a PMC to outfit an Anaconda for Exploration to replace my Asp. Construction took a total of 2 Days to complete, most of this was spent sourcing materials in order to strip down the Anaconda as much as possible while still being able to defend itself against a possible interdiction.

My goals this time round is to spend an extended period of time and discover as many uncharted systems as I feel comfortable with and travel a minimum of 2,000Ly from Sol. Once I reach the 2,000Ly - 3,000Ly Point, I may hang around this distance and explore around instead of heading back immediately like I did last time, possibly go further. With a jump range of roughly 50Ly per Jump and a top-line Fuel Scoop; a 7C; I'm confident this expedition will go well, I opted for a C-Class Fuel Scoop to cut down on costs, it's sufficient enough for my 64 tonne fuel tank, and I have no issues waiting a few seconds longer.

I am by no means up in the big leagues with those with over a thousand first discoveries and using FSD Boosts and Neutron Highways, but, we all take baby steps before we walk, no need to bite off more than I can chew.

For now, I rest, tomorrow, I embark on my journey.
