Fatherhood / Lost Souls 2

Joined The Fatherhood squad, great group of people. Nice to be able to chat with and learn from. Makes this journey a bit more fun to have a group to share with. Also joined the LS2 expedition, since I was already headed to Colonia. The laid back atmosphere of the expedition is cool, but I like to fly so hanging out for a week waiting for everyone to catch up for the mass jump hasn't worked out. I'm just going to forge ahead and kinda do my own thing till Colonia.

For the Void trip in Jan I'll be a better team player.

Back to Familiar Ground

I visited Blu Thua VY-R c4-13 about a year ago when I made a tiny 2700 ly run into the black. I'm back now and by the looks of it, not many have passed through here as the rest of the planets in the system are not discovered yet.

I'm going to spend a day or two scanning systems around Blu Thua VY-R c4-13 and then start a lazy trip to Santos Dumont. Figure that would be a good place to stop, fix all the accumulated broken stuff and maybe get another AFM module.

Not sure what I'm going to do after Santos Dumont. I could make a run for Beagle Point or Oevasy SG-Y D0 just to tick both off the ole bucket list. Same goes for the Galaxy Center. Or I just putter around, scan and land on some planets to find the more elusive mats.

Things to ponder I guess.

SRV Hell

Prea Euq QO-J B50-4 3 B A...Has 5 geological signals, I investigated signal 2. Its a geyser complex with a bunch of crystalline outcroppings. The only problem is the terrain is beyond ridiculous. Three hull repairs later, I am giving up. Plenty of rss, just exceptionally difficult to gather and I only have 1 SRV for this sojourn into the black. Not worth destroying it when there is so much else to explore.
