Collinder 89 is a small open cluster in the Perseus Fade, between Sol and the Jellyfish Nebula. It has few prominent stars and is one of the lesser known deep sky objects. Its core is made up of several young, massive stars but it seems to have lost all of its lower mass stars already due to mass segregation.
