Adding to this, it is filled primarily with relatively cool M-class stars, though the star density within this nebula is quite sparse. Inside the Orion-Cygnus arm, this nebula lies 19,200 LY from Sol. This nebula makes for an excellent stopping point for deep space explorers (source).
