These twinned Earth-like planets are identical in composition and extremely similar in mass and surface temperature, so were probably formed at the same time.

They orbit one another at just 1.72 ls, which is roughly 1.3 times the distance between Earth's moon and Earth. From the surface of each world, its twin would appear about twice the size in the sky as the Moon appears from Earth. An excellent opportunity for the scientific study of parallel biome development; or just a nice spot for a vacation, at only 8000ly from Sol (source).
