(Dolphin)
It has been a long journey through the Norma Expanse and into the Arcadian Stream.
A fleet carrier DSSA Nova Blues has made base at Eord Prau ZK-N d7-711, what a convenience!
I headed there to sell my exploration data so far, it ended up being an expensive experience. 25% fees. Extortion. At least the prior damage is now repaired.
Onward to Sgr A* !
Finally made it to the Norma Expanse. Ship's hull down to 95% after an accident in getting too close to a star. Landed on an unusually small planet (Ploi Aec AZ-T c18-1 B 1) - the first planetary landing of the expedition. Next stop Leviathan's Lair and then across the Expanse.
Items of note since the last entry...
- 1 earth-like world, several water/ammonia/terraformable worlds
Ploi Aec AZ-T c18-1 B 1 (208km radius):
As I write this I am sitting in the Ploi Aec sector, halfway through Hawking's Gap, heading directly towards the Norma Expanse. I reached Hawking's Gap yesterday after leaving from Jackson's Lighthouse, cruising at a cool 650ly above the galactic plane in my trusty exploration-engineered Dolphin. It's been only undiscovered systems for some time.
The long-term plan is:
- Visit Sgr A* via an unconventional route up the Arcadian Stream.
- Restock and repair at Explorers Anchorage
- Head directly to Beagle Point
- Attempt the jumps to Oevasy SG-Y d0
In the short-term I plan to stop off and visit TrA X-1, or Slenguia LC-V e2-4 (Leviathan's Lair).
Discoveries of note so far...
- A handful of water worlds, ammonia worlds, and terraformables
Close binary moons - Blau Eur SV-A c15-1 CD 4 a:
3 close stars - Syralaei ZH-G c12-2:
