Shipyard spree and 3.0 Update
  • Thargoids are hitting stations now. Flew some rescues in the Orca.
  • Did a couple of CG's
  • Spending spree for Federal Drop, Assault, and Gunships!
  • Added a shiny new Imperial Courier and Good ol' Vulture to the fleet. Just 'cos.
  • New update, another new ship! Bought the Alliance Chieftan.
  • Let's see what else 3.0 brings!

Completion of "The Palin 5k"

Well, I'm back. And quicker than I thought!

  • 237ly+ Neutron jumps are awesome.
  • Got plenty of scans out there, Neutrons, Water Worlds and Earth-likes aplenty.
  • Palin sent his regards 1 jump from target. Nice.
  • Grabbed some lovely pictures too, nebula are always pretty!

The Great "Palin 5k" exploration expedition!

My recent jaunt with The Gnosis has given me itchy feet. Time to finally get around to unlocking Prof. Palin!

  • I'll be heading to Rosette Sector CQ-Y d56. It's just over 5000ly and sits right at the tip of the nebula.
  • There's a bunch of Neutron stars from around 2000KLy out, the second half should be a breeze with 237ly jumps ;)

Gnosis returns to Merope
  • The recent little Gnosis expedition is firmly on its return leg.
  • Ok, it's been a while since I've been in Merope, but WHAT THE HELL? There's Thargoids everywhere! Been dragged out of jump twice and seen scores of the buggers in high threat signal sources!
  • Getting a good load of data and exploration scans, time to fly to Tun... Gonna grease the palms of a bunch of Feds, try out some of their bigger toys.
  • Time to return to civilisation!

Gnosis in Betelgeuse

That's one big-ass star. Man, this place is hot! Fuel scooping from the station... Crazy. Time for a few waterworld scans to cool down!

Halloween on the Gnosis!

The Gnosis is in the Spirograph sector... Beautiful green spooky hues and purple stars!

Exploring Witch Head
  • The Gnosis has stopped off at the edge of the Witch Head nebula, Sector DL-Y d8.
  • Noticeable lack of stars, but great views of Barnards Loop and Orion.
  • Loads of High Metal Content and Water worlds out here too... Didn't take too long to cash in a few extra millions in exploration data. Nice!

On board "The Gnosis"
  • Jumped to HIP 18778 on board the Gnosis, great system for exploration scans.
  • Had my first Thargoid encounter in nearby Synuefe QE-X b34-1!
  • Will be reaching Witch Head Sector DL-Y D8 soon...

Game update to 2.4 - Some logs missing...

Some logs missing

  • Finished engineering some efficient beams with Bill Turner at Alioth...
  • Travelled to Verati to board The Gnosis.
  • Helped out at the Engineer Appeal CG for Thargoid Material.
  • Re-populated the fleet logs on EDSM and INARA, back "home" at Jameson Memorial.
  • The API seems to be working again, even EDDI is behaving :)
