I set out over a year ago on a journey to Sagittarius A* by way of Colonia. The journey was long and at times tedious. While others may have made it faster, I enjoyed the time I spent. Still the excitement of the journey kept me going and I'm glad I did, it was an amazing sight.

But the return journey to the Bubble, good grief. It is quiet and lonesome out here. While there are more isolated corners of the galaxy; there is at least excitement in the adventure, excitement from going further into the uncharted worlds. But here, in this well-traveled and remarkably empty expanse, there is little to look forward to. It doesn't help that I have no plans in the Bubble beyond buying a ship and doing stuff. Perhaps a plan will prove invigorating.

Either way, the boredom out here is still relentless. I can't wait to get back to humanity, as imperfect and annoying as it is. Perhaps bounty-hunting or shooting at filthy Imperials will be where I end up. In the meantime, the grind continues. There are countless more brown dwarfs to disappoint me with their dull colours, dozens more fuel scoops to make and a seemingly infinte number of worthless ice worlds to scan.

Onwards
