Following the return of Onionhead to Panem, Federal systems throughout the Ceti sector have found themselves suffering from a terrible spike in crime. As a result, law-abiding traders and contractors are leaving the Ceti sector in droves.

This situation cannot be allowed to stand.

As the Federal Navy has been ordered to not act against Kappa Fornacis directly, a coalition of concerned local leaders has decided to take matters into their own hands. A range of bonuses will be made available to all pilots who take part in the ongoing Ceti Security Initiative.

In recognition of the well intended efforts of Aisling's Angels, the Princess Lavigny-Duval has issued a request asking that all members of her fleet position themselves to protect the Angels from pirates looking to interfere wit their efforts.

Imperial pilots willing to lend their combat prowess to the cause are asked to patrol all local systems, not just Persephone, in order to ensure that an adequate level of security coverage has been arranged to properly protect traders and relief staff as they ship medicine throughout the area.

Federal pilots and trusted allies, today we call on you to assist the Azaleach Partnership in the search for Starship One.

One last contact with the President came from the XX system, just 75 ligth years from our current position. Unfortunately, information provided by the Sirius Corporation and Core Dynamics suggests that Starship One could now be anywhere within at least a 200 light year radius of Azaleach.

Until such time as we have received confirmation that the President is alive and well, all search and rescue teams are being asked to thoroughly inspect every system in the sector. Any relevant scan data should be delivered to the search co-ordinators at the Universal Cartographic station aboard Leoniceno Orbital. It is hoped that Universal Cartographic will be able to use any anomalies that may have appeared since the last scan of the area to determine the whereabouts of Starship One.

It seems that good things just don't last long for the People's Quivira for Equality Party. On the tail of their military defeat, a generous act of goodwill by the supporters of Aisling Duval helped them back on their feet, and Patreus pardoned them for the failures of their government.

Unfortunately, limited access to medical care during their flight has lead to an outbreak of treatable diseases among the populace.

As such, Aisling's Angels are calling on all loyal Imperial citizens to help our brethren in the People's Quivira for Equality Party rebuild their lives. They have suffered enough.
