Located in the bubble, this abandoned/memorial settlement rests on a high mountain plateau. It stands as a Memorial to Kenneth Crowther, an engineer whose work helped reach humanity reach the stars. The site also has a view of Barnard's Loop behind it and to the right, while a 90-degree turn to the left provides a view of the Gas Giant it orbits with an edge on view of its rings.
