Named after the driving mentality behind Western expansion in 19th century North America, Manifest Destiny Beacon is the furthest reachable system bordering the Western meridian line from Sol. Should FSD technology ever allow it, Manifest Destiny Beacon may one day live up to its name as a launch point to the Andromeda Galaxy. Due to its location on the fringes of the Milky Way a ship with a high jump range is required to traverse the sparse stars; additionally the final jump to this system requires a jump of 106.2ly making it extremely difficult to reach.
