Colonia, that's where the coin toss said, so that's where we're heading. After a week or two wandering around and honking a few stars (which as you know may not be the fastest way to make a bankroll but hey, with an ADS it can be a ... less stressful ... way to earn a living), I picked up the Colonia Connection Highway at Gagarin Gate in the Gru Hypue KS-T d3-31 system, which is close to 14 1/2 Klys from Sol (far enough away from the very long arm of the Imperial security forces). They have minimal services, like refuel and refit and a workshop, etc, but it is a great place to grab some supplies, fix up the hull, and drop off your data with the map boys. The place is run by the Colonia Council and trust me, a large enough donation goes a long way towards helping them forget who you are or that you ever came through one of their systems. Like any middle of nowhere outpost, being loose with a few credits at the local bars reveals everything you need to know about the place. Security is almost nonexistent, as long as you play nice and don't do anything stupid, like attempting a landing without saying please first, in which case the LDF have no problem asking you to leave, and they'll have you SID posted throughout the region before you've hit the jump button. There is also no real presence from the big boys out here, outside the occasional transport heavy or scientific ship that comes through. Anyway, time from some R&R before heading off to Caravanseri, so until next time ...

It's been awhile boys and girls, but old Alexander King is back in the saddle.

After buzzing around the Imperial side of the bubble, racking in a few credits, and making the rank of Duke no less, I have decided to try my hand at exploring. I know, I know, hundreds have done it before me, and hundreds will be doing it when the old Trinity III is nothing but another piece of space junk orbiting a distant and forgotten star, with yours truly playing another space corpse, but hey, it beats having to watch your back every five minutes or spending the rest of my uncalled for 15 to life on a Riker class prison ship (in my defense, I no idea she was a senator's daughter, okay?). Anyway, With luck the heat will die down in a few months and the bounty hunters will just give up, that's a thing right? them just getting bored and giving up?

So where to first? Guess I'll flip a credit and see. Heads, we go for a run to Colonia, tails we shoot for Sag A* ...
