Living on the margins of society, this group of thieves take advantage of all opportunities to recover the necessary materials and data required to build and strengthen their fleet. They respect their own code; reports claim they do not destroy merchant ships while seizing their cargo, but indicate that any craft identified attacking a thief of Horizon will become a priority target to all. Though pirates, they are also excellent explorers, in search of new planets or forms of life to register as a first discovery, increasing the reputation of their faction to those who want to buy their data.
