You are Breathtaking

I have set my current stop in the middle of a cloud with high density of A and B class stars, system Dryau Aoc CA-A e1003, and the views are breathtaking.

As I was within a couple of jumps away, I was greeted by a cloud full of blue stars in the sky. The boundary is an experience itself - One half of the sky is shaded in the dark, the other shimmering full of brilliant blue. From the inside view is unlike any other, everywhere you look you can see the massive amount of stars around you.

The trip here was certainly worth it, as this is something only normally found inside of a nebula, while all this is just the characteristic of a galactic arm!

I was quickly able to find a next suitable stop on my journey to the galactic core - a guardian site that has been found just on the boundary of Arcadian Stream and Empyrean Straits. It is most fitting that I will visit my first guardian site on such an important trip.

Uneventful Journey

The galaxy looks different, I can't put my finger to it.

My journey has reached a waypoint in Norma Expanse. I flew through a galactic arm split on my way here, marked by the presence of dwarf stars. This arm is surprisingly regular when it comes to star composition, with the exception of increased amount of neutron stars according to the galaxy map.

Having visited another waypoint on my way, Blae Hypai UV-U b36-0, it is time to move on towards the probably most exciting destination: Arcadian Stream. I have seen photographs taken by other commanders who have been there, and the amount of blue stars on the sky is truly something I look forward to.

Breaking Boundaries

I have at last arrived in Byoi Eur VO-R D4-105, the system where I wanted to go last time.

My previous chickening out hasn't gone to waste however, as that time after crossing the Sagitarius Gap I have found a place to rest in a relatively close nebula, at NGC 6188 Sector LC-V C2-28. Morgan's Rock is a nice pitstop to have had on my way to repair any damage and restock.

During the first day of my trip I have arrived there and took a breather in order to continue today. And at last, after another day of flying I have arrived in Hawking's Gap and at my destination inside another Galactic arm!

I feel motivated to continue my journey and turn it into a proper expedition to affirm my position as a full fledged commander. I was thinking of visiting Arcadian Stream, however my trip shall be more elaborate than that:

  1. Eta Draconis
  2. Morgan's Rock
  3. Byoi Eur VO-R D4-105
    • Norma Expanse
    • Arcadian Stream
    • Empyrean Straits
    • Sagitarius A*

After passing the Galactic centre I may as well head to Colonia and return via the highway everyone was talking about some time ago.

I have departed as a Pioneer and shall return with my first Elite!
