It has always been a dream to participate to an epic adventure with other commanders. When distant World 2 launched, i was in ! The departure was the something i'd never forget ! All those intrepid explorers sharing a common goal and willing to give their time for science and human curiosity ! Marvellous.

Took a little detour from the initial flight plan to do some sightseeing and to discover our universe ! Just wonderful.

Catched up today with the WP at Omega Sector and discovered my first uncharted Water World ! It was really thrilling.

Found also a ringed green HMC world :) Took a nice picture of it

Well after a few hours trying to find those damn barnacles ... i just took the decision to stop searching for them and buy them from Maia system.

I had the chance to go and view the system blackhole. It's vision is stunning and make us question ourselves and our place on the universe. Forgot to take some pictures ... well for another time perhaps !

Went to Felicity Farseer. A fine women with a lot to share ! Her base is pure engineering and i loved the AI and the landing pads !

She made some tweaking to my FSD and planetary scanners.

After some talk with my fellow Cmdr Tania, we decided to move our operation base to Diaguandri. I plotted a fast course for the system from Deciat and just had an amzing view arriving into BD+08 642

I could not resist taking some photos with the hull drones !

While still searching in Pleiades Sector JC-U b3-2 1 for some barnacles and enjoying the land, found some destroyed SRVs/Comms on the following coordinates 23,7596° 29,2706°

After scanning them i found some legacy firmware patch

It seems that something happened here ...

Yesterday, Cmdr Tania Corydoto and I went hunting for some barnacles as asked by Felicity.

This was the first time we went far from our home into unknown place and it was at the same time exciting and terrifying.

After some 400 ly jumps we arrived into the Pleiades region and began searching there.

We found our two first spots on Pleiades Sector JC-U b3-2 but they were ... empty.

Frustrating ...

Cmdr Tania went to Maia as she heard that some could be purchased there. I, for my part, am staying a bit longer there trying to find some unfarmed ones
