Met up with CMDR Morbidsoul today for the first time since leaving Colonia. We've been prancing around Floalt GO-G d11-9, a "green system" containing a moon with the highest known concentation of the ultra-rare mineral - Polonium. Got an almost full compliment of Polonium and Selenium from just this one moon. It's been good.

After 3 promising discoveries that turned out to not be "firsts", I finally earned my first discovery of a Wolf Rayet star, completing the circle. I've now got my name tagged on at least one of every type of star in the galaxy! Thanks to Morbidsoul for the tip off of the star just a couple thousand light years from my then position!

On my way from the Colonial systems to meet up with the bulk of the Distant Worlds 2 expedition on their way to the centre... a system with 4 black holes and no hot stars in it!

EORD FLYUAEAA-A H235: was a tad disappointed to find that CMDR Bodaishin had found this system before me, but luckily he left he other three for me. A mere 400,000ls trip led me to a sight rarely seen - three black holes within just a few light seconds of one another. Then one lonely heavy metal planet orbiting the triad, lit by nothing but the distant star field of the core, perhaps awaiting a time when one of those monsters of the black comes close enough to end its days.
