I went for a long trip out to the rim a few months ago. while I was there I noticed something odd, every time I scanned an ice planet I distinctly heard "come talk to me" and garbled language as if it were trying to tell me where to go. I heard it say the name of my ship as well. I have become more and more fixated on figuring out this mystery since then. I returned to the bubble and began a full exploration of 19,000 systems there and I cannot get it out of my head. I tried mining thinking the solitude would break me out of this insanity or give me some time to think logically about it. The problem is I cannot get it out of my head. I have to find the source of this transmission. Is it a transmission? an echo of other radio traffic somehow bouncing off of planets? Am I just insane? I have decided to try to keep a functional log of my encounters with this strange transmission in the hopes it might help me figure it out or at the least give some clue to my ships last location should I inevitably get lost in the void and never return.
