Expedition announce

Jan 7, 2018 (3304): The expedition may be over but the friendships shall endure. Thanks to all the commanders who made. See you all back in the bubble.

Jan 7, 2018 (3304): Greetings Commanders. To all the participants thank you for your efforts. For those that endured the space madness the space rations, and ship damage/malfunctions welcome to Beagle Point. We will meet today and have a small get together before making the trek (rapid or slow) back to civilization. PM me (Gremlin) on the discord channel to receive time and location information.

Jan 2, 2018 (3304): Welcome to 3304 Commanders! This is set to be a challenging year in the verse. Be sure to contact me with a PM in the discord channel to receive landing instructions and clearance for the meet up on Jan 7th. Most of the commanders have arrived, and some have even departed back to the bubble. For all those that have made it, thank you! Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Throughout the trip to BE commanders involved have performed rescues, refuels, and field repairs to other commanders. We even had a couple of commanders land at BE briefly, only to have to return to Jacques Station to pay their bar tab (ahem!) Hope to see all the Distant Friends on the 7th. Good luck commanders!

Dec 28, 2017 (3303): It's just after Christmas, the thargoids are advancing in the area around maya and the type 10 is out for general use. We are committed to completing the expedition however, if anyone wishes to return early you are welcome to. Stay safe and watch out for pirates and thargoids commanders.

Nov 12, 2017 (3303): Congratulations to John Xaverius for being the first commander of the expedition to reach beagle point. Not sure what the CMDR's plans are until the rest of us arrive but bravo!

Nov 8, 2017 (3303): For all the Xbox and PS4 commanders: Please provide info on if you have started from sol or not. This will let me mark it off in EDSM as you are active on the expedition. Thanks.

Nov 7, 2017 (3303): The first Commander (Cooper) launched today at 1300 (BST) the main wave will launch at 10pm (BST) (5pm EST) today. Hope to see you all there.

Nov 6, 2017 (3303): Hello all less then 24 hours till launch time. We will be departing from Abraham Lincoln Station, Earth, Sol system, at 12pm GMT (7am EST). A second launch will occur at 5pm EST (10pm GMT). Good luck to everyone going on the trip and we hope to see you at the goal on Jan 7th, 2018 (3303).

Nov 3, 2017 (3303): We are four days away from departure, looking forward to making the trip. Please get the word out, we are trying to break the walls and barriers between the platforms. See you all on Nov 7th.

Come join us whether you are on X-box, PC, or the PS4. We are journeying together to show FDev and the Console makers/controllers we want crossplay for all three platforms. We will coordinate and communicate via discord: https://discord.gg/qTBf4jk. Join in the journey and the fun. Bring down the walls!!!! Departing at 12pm UTC, 7Nov17 (3303) and arriving at Beagle Point at 1600 (UTC), 7Jan18 (3304). No set course, no silly rules, just distant friends making a statement. Note:: If you are not on PC and want to come, please join the discord and provide your commander name, the event staff will get you listed and add your waypoints manually.
