The home of The Imperial Hattori Clan. Shinigami roughly translates as \"death spirit\", which aptly describes the Imperial Hattori Clan's blood-soaked past as enforcers and assassins. However, the clan now stands as a shining example of honour and how the Imperial slavery system should work. No slave in the clan's domain is treated as a second-class citizen. Citizens, both free and slave, are trained as highly skilled warriors and go on to serve the Empire as officers, diplomats, ISA investigators, and royal bodyguards.
