3306 July 7th - Expedition Log: There and Back Again Day

We're entering the 2nd day of the expedition to Colonia. With the new access to fleet carrier's there have been many questions on their reliability and capability for continued flight outside of the bubble.

To some surprise the fleet has been holding up well, both in supplies and in fuel. We received word that we can also expect a few more people to be flying into HD 175876 today, although I'm not sure if they'll be arriving before we leave for our next waypoint.

After we arrived in system yesterday our primary objective has been to identify new tritium hotspots that haven't been mined yet, locate yet to be discovered significant POI's, and new tracks for tracing. Unfortunately we have yet to discovered any of the "holy grail" double or triple hotspots, but the expedition is still young and there is plenty more space until we get to Colonia.

Although some CMDR's are still out scouting or mining what we have found, it seems the majority have recalled back to the FCs in preparation for out next upcomming series of jumps to Eagle Sector IR-W d1-117.
