Hamster's Cave invite you to participate in a fast expedition to the Formidine Rift.

Cmdr Giant Hamster's FC "Space Camel MMXVI" will support the expedition and work as a Camel Train, doing twice the way to Formidine during expedition period.

First go will be fast (2 days), with very short stops in each waypoint, to allow some photos and short exploration time.

FC will return from Zurara with one stop at WP 12 (Bubble Nebula).

Only 4 days later, Fleet Carrier, sponsored with tritium by Cmdr Boni58 (on the occasion of his 4th game anniversary), will depart again.

This run will take longer, to allow Cmdrs more time arounf each WP.

Original program of the return has been changed:

Return from Megaship Zurara to Arouca (final WP in the inhabited bubble), will last 4 days and have a stop of 2 days at Jellyfish Nebula.

Some remarks: Please, jump to a nearby system and back to make sure the waypoint is accepted in EDSM.

In some waypoints is better to jump to other systems to get the best view of nebulae.

On completion of this expedition participants will be elegible for 2 badges of EDSM : Formidine Rift and Humboldt's Trail.

The scans od the abandoned sited will provide good credits too.

Is this expedition only for PC players?

No, Fleet Carrier is available in all platforms.

Is the expedition played in open?

Whatever players want to use. FC and some players will play in Open, but if you feel safe you can you another mode. Or just ask to enter Boni58 PG.

Is there a contibution for the FC costs?

Fleet Carrier "Space Camel MMXVI" has all services except "Secure Trading", with no aditional costs!
Expedition will have a budget of 1.2B credits! So if you like after arrival in the Bubble to contribute with some tritium, that will be welcome, but not a must.

The high-mass O-type is in a nested binary pair with no less than three different black holes ranging from 9.4 to 31.3 solar masses. What really makes this system stand out are the five K-class stars and nine M-class stars, including one with a rare ring system. From the surface of one of the landable planets these stars will appear to flitter and fly across the sky during their orbits, giving the appearance of a field of fireflies.

Approaching from the opposite side, these two nebulae act as a beacon of light and colour to intrepid explorers returning from across the Rift. They are very well surveyed and the Soul Nebula contains a radio source named W5, although its exact location remains unclear as of 3303. The Soul Nebula is also named IC 1848 and the Heart Nebula is named IC 1805 (which may be confusing due to the IC 1805 Cluster). All objects are thought to be part of a giant molecular cloud within what is called the Cassiopeia Superbubble.
