Day 44 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled 2,065LY from Schaea Prou DW-V e2-7 to Schaea Proae GW-T d4-0

I've been travelling 2,900LY - 3,000LY below the galactic plane, but this is becoming more difficult as I leave the Far 3kpc Arm and cross the gap to the Orion-Cygnus Arm.

Total distance travelled from start = 44,389LY/44 Days = 1,008LY/Day

Day 43 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled the short distance from Schaea Prou BQ-X e1-1 to Schaea Prou DW-V e2-7

Day 41 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled 2,665LY from Schi Pruae BV-Y f12 to Schaea Prou BQ-X e1-1

Schaea Prou BQ-X e1-1 is a neutron star system with a closely coupled white dwarf and red giant.

Total distance travelled from start = 42,071LY/41 Days = 1,026LY/Day

Day 40 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled 3,022LY from Schao Pruae XP-X e1-10 to Schi Pruae BV-Y f12

Found a green system Schao Pruae AW-V e2-5 which has a high metal content ringed world, which is being closely orbited by a couple of moons which are only 2.6Mm from each other, which provides a spectacular backdrop. Both moons have volcanism due to the strain of gravitational forces.

Neutron star system Schi Pruae IR-T d4-5 has a red dwarf star being orbited by an earth like world BC 1.

Total distance travelled from start = 39,411LY/40 Days = 985LY/Day

Day 39 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled 1,629LY from Hyphudgue DW-V e2-1 to Schao Pruae XP-X e1-10 which has a rare Herbig Ae/Be primary star

Orbiting planet B 1

Orbiting planet B 1 Schao Pruae XP-X e1-10 system

Total distance travelled from start = 36,399LY/39 Days = 933LY/Day I've now fallen below my daily target distance to travel and will have to spend the next few days recovering from the day 32 hiccup!

Day 33 to Day 38 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

After getting stuck in the Hyphudgue YE-A g13 system, it was decided, I had no choice, but to shut down all systems and wait for life support to shut down.

Once my ship was replaced I travelled back to system Hyphudgue DW-V e2-1, which was the last system I was at, before jumping to Hyphudgue YE-A g13, enabling me to continue with the circumnavigation expedition.

Day 32 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018 ~ DISASTER

I was looking for the next target system and discovered an O type star system Hyphudgue YE-A g13 sitting 3,060LY below the galactic plane. As the destination wasn't a neutron star, I checked if a route could be plotted to the target system without using FSD boosts and it plotted ok from Schao Pri AQ-X e1-5. I re-plotted the route using jet cone boosts to save time and headed off.

22 jumps later I entered Hyphudgue YE-A g13

I soon realised when checking the galactic map that there was no way out of the system, even using FSD boosts and the closest system was 177LY away, spelling disaster for my circumnavigation expedition.

Day 31 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled 1,110LY from Schau Pri ZP-X e1-7 to Schao Pri AQ-X e1-5

Total distance travelled since start = 33,273LY/31 Days = 1,073LY/Day

Day 29/30 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Left Hyphudgiae DQ-X e1-0 and travelled to Schau Pri ZP-X e1-7

I had spent a few days exploring Hyphudgiae DQ-X e1-0 planets looking for volcanism to no avail

Landed on planet C 1

Day 26 ~ Equatorial Circumnavigation Tour 2018

Travelled 1,388LY from Hyphudgou WP-X e1-3 to Hyphudgiae DQ-X e1-0

System Schi Prao YE-A g0 has five B type stars, four of which, are in close proximity

Total distance travelled = 30,232LY/26 Days = 1,162LY/Day
