Well, I thought I was going to head back to Frey but, that's not exactly what happened. I kind of turned toward the center of the galaxy and wouldn't you know it, I wound up at Explorer's Anchorage with another ton of cartographic and exobiology data, So in I went and sold it all and hung out for a few before I took off to have a look at the local attraction, Sagittarius A. Wow is all I can say about that thing. I suppose anyone that has any explorer blood in them has to visit Sag. A at least once in their lifetime. They ought to sell a decal for your ship here or at least at E.A.

So after a day or two of resting at E.A. I got this crazy idea of what if I just kept on exploring for a while? I don't have any other obligations, really. CMDR Tuzo kicked my ass out of the Ghost Legion a month ago for no reason after being in Ghost Legion for nearly a decade and then added me BACK into the Ghost Legion as a lowly freaking RECRUIT a week later. That was kind of a crappy move if you ask me. And now as of this writing, I don't even see my name on the roster as a recruit so, I believe I am just going to join another squadron that is more exploration oriented and leave the Ghost Legion behind when I return to the bubble eventually.

This is my first ever log entry. I wonder if anyone will read it..

I have finished a little survey of about a dozen black holes on the way back to the bubble from Colonia.. I am about 20,000 LY from my home system of Frey. My Mandalay tops out at 78.8 LY per jump with a full tank of 32 tons of fuel and will jump a little over 80 at half a tank. I can get 314 LY with a full tank and a neutron supercharge and 340 or so at half a tank. The Mandalay is a great little ship and I don't even have it maxed engineered!

Black holes are scary dangerous. They actually scare the hell out of me. Anyway, each one I have found was a 'first to discover', so I've got that going for me. I'm also constantly on the look out for CMDR Arcane's Green Gas Giant.. I really want to find the next one and get into the codex. Speaking of codex, I have confirmed several dozen star type and planetary body type from as far back as 3304 in this sector according to the codex.. I find that a bit odd but I'll take it. It's too bad they don't recognize the confirmation party's name like they do the initial discoverer however, if you click the confirmation location link, the discoverer's name is there..

On neutron star boosts, I could use them but I choose not to for the most part. They are taxing on the FSD and they rob you of chances to earn money doing exobiology and discovering new worlds.. Enough said about that.
