Seems every time I start making progress I come across another planet with exobiology. Scanning them is what I am out here for so I have to stop and collect the samples.

Ive been out in the black for 5 months, Im looking forward to seeing other humans for a change.

Im now about 6000Ly from a human outpost. It's just a small asteroid base according to the computer but it is a place to stop and get some repairs done.

I got a galnet data link this morning. Those idiots went and poked the hornet's nest. They should have known to leave well enough alone.

Guess when I get back to the bubble Ill have to help get innocent people out of the war zones. I don't think the corporations or governments ever think about or worry about the little guys caught in the middle.

Well, Interesting finds in only 20 jumps. Came across a system with 65 bodies, 12 ringed giants, and most of the rings were pristine with lots of hotspots. Too bad it is over 10k LY from the bubble and may too far out to get one of my mining vessels.

I also came across several planets with life, though it is plant life it is always interesting. Scanned, sampled, and logged a good dozen new plants. Should make for a nice payout once I get back to the bubble.

Ive been out in the black exploring for months. I recently received a weak coms signal, something about a thirgoid attack in the bubble. I hope the idiots back in the bubble didn't do something to provoke them, its bad enough when the space flowers pull you out of hyperspace to scan you, I would hate to think of what they would do if they attacked. For now, I set the nav computer to route me to the nearest human outpost. Looks like it is just over 220 jumps away. Ill see what is going on and get caught up once there.
