Only a few short weeks after recording my 2000th first discovered system, my trip to Beagle Point has already recorded the 3000th first discovered system. With roughly 8500 LY still to go to reach my destination, I may very well reach the next thousand before I return to the bubble.

It is 8.15.3304 It has been nearly 8 months since my first FSD jump and I am now the recognized discoverer of 2000 systems for the EDSM. On my way to Beagle Point, perhaps by the time I make it back to the bubble I can mark another milestone of 7500 Systems visited.

My first Sci-Fi movie that I can remember is Star Wars: A New Hope, but the one that sticks with me as the most influential is when I was about 11 or 12 one night when my dad let me stay up late with him to watch "2001: A Space Odyssey." I have always been interested in space and the possibility of life outside of earth, and unfortunately my skill set is not one which would likely result in a trek outside of the atmosphere. I am more likely to be like one of those who would be solving the problems for those on the Apollo missions running the numbers and analyzing data. As I grew up, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, other things like that were always top notch interests.
