Continuing my Exploration of the Sanguineous Rim, I completed the next leg of my journey, arriving at the Rosette Nebula.

Along the way I came across biological finds- Bark Mounds in a system on the very edge of the nebula, and again inside the nebula.

Inside the nebula I chanced upon a remote mining station called "New Beginnings" and I decided I would take a much needed break for repair and to transmit my discoveries back to civilization while I had the chance.

With a known station this far out- it could serve as a useful base of operations to explore further out to the galactic rim. I may spend a few days here, perhaps run a few mining contracts to gain the favor of the locals before moving on.

Docked

Did an end run around the restricted sectors near Barnard's loop and I am now touring the nebulas on it's far side in the Sanguineous Rim region.
